CUSTOM ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, due at confirmation. Order is not confirmed until deposit is paid.
- Final payment is due the day of pickup, before the pickup time.
- Final date for cancelation or order detail changes is 7 days prior to the pickup date.
- Cancelations received after the cancelation date are not subject to refund.
- In the event of an emergency, should we fail to have your cake ready by the pickup date/time, a full refund will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE THE PICKUP AREA 📍 Near Culebra and 211. Exact address will be given after order has been confirmed.
Cake pickup tips:
• Keep car cooled so that the cake does not melt during transport.
• Keep cake on a flat surface such as a passengers lap or the floor of the car.
• Please drive carefully! Cakes are delicate and can shift during transport.
• Cakes will stay fresh in the fridge for 4 days.

How do i place an order?

Complete the inquiry form above with as much detail as possible. Ill get back to you with availability, pricing, and any additional questions before your order is confirmed. Orders are not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been placed.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date. The remaining balance is due before pickup.
How much notice do you need?

I recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. Wedding cakes and large custom orders may require additional notice. Last minute orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a rush fee.
Where are you located?

LoFi Pastries is a cottage law home based bakery based in San Antonio, Texas. We are located near Culebra and 211. Exact address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Currently all orders are pickup only unless otherwise arranged for large orders.
