Hi, welcome! Im Victoria (Tori) Rodriguez, the baker and cake artist behind LoFi Pastries.

Born and raised in San Antonio, I started decorating cakes and launched my business, named Milk and Honey Custom Cakes at the time, in 2020. After studying Baking and Pastry Arts in culinary school, I built LoFi Pastries as a way to express my creativity and blend classic techniques with imaginative design.

Working from my dedicated home cake studio, I specialize in custom cakes that are both aesthetic and delicious as well as decorated conchas using a recipe I spent over a year developing to be exceptionally soft, fluffy and flavorful. I especially love creating anime or nerdy designs and floral focused cakes. Whether your style is elegant, playful, or completely one of a kind, my favorite projects are the ones that challenge me to create something unforgettable.
